To summarize: In Building A, on the ground floor: reception area and common spaces; 5 suites; restaurant area with associated kitchens and services; wellness center and services; outdoor swimming pool with related facilities. In Building A, on the first floor: 7 suites and an outdoor swimming pool with terrace. In the basement of the adjacent volume to Building A: storage and technical plant rooms. Adjacent to Building A, on the south side, a classic citrus orchard with stone perimeter walls similar to those used for citrus tank containment, with gravel pathways on a stabilized base. In the area between Buildings 1 and 2: 3 buildings designated for hotel rooms, including technical rooms and linen storage, totaling 17 rooms. Near Building A, on its west side, a service building for staff and a caretaker’s accommodation. In Building 2, on the ground floor: areas for the annexed restaurant; restrooms; offices. In Building 2, on the first floor, within existing spaces excluding demolitions: meeting room with associated restrooms and office; 1 suite. Adjacent to Building 2, on the ground floor: space for a restaurant connected to the existing building except for a corridor volume, with kitchens and staff facilities, and an additional storage area in the basement. Parking is centrally located but set back from the direct visual line between Buildings 1 and 2.
