In the Chianti hills, not far from San Casciano in Val di Pesa and less than half an hour from Florence, stately villa with vineyard and olive grove for sale. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS The manorial villa (981 sqm – 10,556 sqft, 10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms) is an imposing stately building structured on three floors above ground and currently divided into two residential units. The main door of the villa opens to a large reception hall with a fireplace.
